Applying to Volunteer with 4-H

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Sandusky County 4-H Program! All individuals who are interested in volunteering with Ohio State University Extension and working with minors must complete a selection process under the direction of the local 4-H Educator.

This process includes:

• Written Application, including References
• Volunteer Enrollment Form, including Volunteer Standards of Behavior Form
• Criminal History Fingerprint Record Check
• Personal Interview
• Orientation and Protection of Minors Training (and annual training each year after)
