This two session workshop, which will be held April 6 and 13, 2016, is structured to help farm families develop a succession plan for their farm business. Attend and learn ways to increase family communication and strategies to successfully transfer management skills and the farm’s business assets from one generation to the next. This workshop will challenge farm families to actively plan for the future of the farm business. There will be work and conversations that should take place between the two sessions that will help move the farm forward in the process of farm transition and succession. Farm families are encouraged to bring members from each generation to the workshop. Cost of the workshop is $60 per person or $100 for 2 guests from the same farm business. Please RSVP by March 15, 2016 to OSU Extension, Sandusky County. For registration form and more information, please see flyer.
