- Project Interview Judging will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the quad conference rooms, located at Grace Community Church, 900 Smith Rd, Fremont, OH 43420
- It is the responsibility of the 4-H family to register each competing 4-H member for judging and to keep track of your appointment times.
- You MUST register ahead of time to be seen by a judge.
- Registration will close Monday, July 5, 2021.
To Register for Judging:
- Visit go.osu.edu/judging21, or paste the link in your browser.
- Read the prompts on the screen and follow the instructions.
- Using your 4-H handbook as a reference, select your 4-H project's category, and then select the project you are taking to judging.
- If you select a project no one is registered to exhibit in 4-H online, an error message will appear. If you believe this is a mistake, contact the Extension office during business hours and ask for Amy or Gwen.
- Select a time slot to meet with a judge. (make sure to write down the times you select). Do not select the same time for multiple projects. Time slots are first come, first served.
- You will repeat this process for each 4-H exhibitor in your family, and for each project they are exhibiting.
Example: You have two children in your family. The first child is taking Club Leadership, and The Laundry Project and the second child is taking Sew Fun. You would complete this registration a total of three times. Once for child #1's Leadership Project, once for child #1's Laundry project, and once for child #2's Sewing project.
If you cannot attend judging on July 13, you may register for Early Project Judging, which is being held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Sandusky County Extension Office in the large conference room, 2000 countryside drive, Fremont, Ohio 43420, OR virtually upon your selection.
Early judging is an option reserved only for those who cannot attend in-person judging on July 13 or have safety concerns related to COVID (you will not be asked to disclose your reason). If you are able, you should plan to attend regularly scheduled judging on July 13th.

- Read the prompts on the screen and follow the instructions.
- Using your 4-H handbook as a reference, select your 4-H project's category, and the project you are taking to early judging.
- Select if you will be completing early judging in-person, or virtually.
- In-person will be held at the Extension office during your selected appointment time.
- Virtually will be held via zoom conference (A link will be sent the day before judging) during your scheduled appointment time.
- Select a time slot to meet with a judge. (make sure to write down the times you select). Do not select the same time for multiple projects. Time slots are first come, first served.

Health and Safety Information
As of 6/14/2021 Masks are not required to be worn at judging on July 6, or July 13. Masks are welcome to be worn at the discretion of the 4-H Family and will not be enforced or discouraged. Our judges, 4-H staff, OSU employees, and volunteers are not required to wear masks at these functions but may make the personal decision to do so. Proper spacing and sanitation measures will still be encouraged.
