It’s that time of year again - Sandusky County 4-H enrollment is now underway!

4-H is a nationally recognized youth development program made available through Ohio State Extension. In 4‑H, kids complete hands-on projects in areas ranging from health and science, to art and sewing. 4-H engages youth in a positive environment where they receive guidance from adult mentors and are encouraged to take on proactive leadership roles. The 4-H program is open to any child age 5 and in kindergarten through age 18.

Youth Age 5 and in Kindergarten through second grade and age 8 may participate in the Cloverbud Program, which is activity based and non-competitive. Youth who are at least 8 years old and in the 3rd grade can participate as project members, choosing their own project of interest from over 200!

If you would like more information, or you are interested in joining 4-H, please contact the Sandusky Extension Office at (419) 334-6340, email us at soule.12@osu.edu, or find us on Facebook.
