We will be having a kickoff to the food preservation season by having our first Home Food Preservation workshop. This class is for beginners and experienced alike and will be covering the basics of canning, freezing, drying, pickling, resources, equipment and more. This is a FREE workshop from 6-8pm at the Sandusky County Health Department conference room, 2000 Countryside Dr. Fremont. Registration is appreciated, but not required. 419-334-6340.
